Share the part of a PDF that matters
A full report may be too much when someone only needs a chapter, a form or a few supporting pages. Splitting a PDF creates a smaller document around that material, so you can share or file the relevant pages without sending the whole source.
How to split a PDF
Separate the pages you need from a longer PDF. You can save the selected pages together or as individual PDF files.
Add a PDF
Click “Select PDF file” or drag a document into the upload area.
Choose the pages to keep
Select the page thumbnails or enter a page range, then choose whether to combine the selected pages.
Split and save
Click “Split PDF”, then download the resulting PDF or ZIP.
Use a PDF excerpt on its own
A chapter without the whole report
A selected chapter or a few supporting pages can form a document of their own. This is useful when the recipient needs one part of a longer report.
One excerpt or separate pages
Related pages can stay together as one PDF, while individual outputs suit pages that need to be filed or sent separately.
Splitting changes which pages are included, rather than recreating the source material. Keep the full document if you may need another excerpt later.
